    • Visit the Manion Portal and click “Register”.
    • Use your group benefits plan number and personal details (provided by your employer) to create an account
  • Existing Users:
    • Sign in with your credentials.

2. Prepare Required Documentation

  • Original Receipts: Must include provider name, license number, service date, and cost. Cash register slips or non-itemized invoices are not accepted
  • Claim Form: Download the form from the portal if submitting via mail or fax. For online submissions, use the myManion app to scan receipts directly
  • Special Cases:
    • Health Spending Account (HSA): Include receipts with service details (e.g., dental work, vision care)
    • Travel Insurance: Submit emergency medical reports and proof of trip interruption 4.

3. Submit Your Claim

Option 1: Online via myManion App/Portal

  1. Navigate to “Submit a Claim” → Select claim type (e.g., health, dental, vision).
